ABOUT MAGGIE

Ph: 0434 575 610

What is it that sets Maggie apart from other Hypnotherapists?

Some say it is her background in teaching, social work and counselling which has led, not only to an in-depth understanding of people, but also an ability to communicate with you to fully understand what it is you need or want to achieve.  Others say it is her post-graduate qualifications and experience in counselling which have honed her listening skills to be able to really get where you are coming from.  All of these skills, together with her many years of practice in hypnosis makes Maggie a leading therapist in the field of hypnotherapy.

Working with you to create a deeply relaxing and safe space, Maggie is able to listen as together you uncover the starting points for those unwanted behaviours.  Sometimes this brings up other things for you.  With her counselling background, Maggie is able to manage any eventuality in a safe and supportive manner, enabling you to work though and let go of those things which no longer bring value to your life and to leave the past in the past.

Maggie has always taken a keen interest in the development of Hypnotherapy in Australia and, as a result has been a foundation member, committee member and supervisor with the Clinical Hypnotherapists Council of Australia.    At present she is a committee member of the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy and a registered supervisor for other practitioners within the organisation.   You will find Maggie listed on the AACHP and ANHR websites as a practicing professional member where she is bound by a strict code of conduct and required to update her professional skills.

Maggie is also a fully qualified and registered counsellor and a member of the Australian Counselling Association.
