Hypnosis to sleep well

Most of us have had times in our lives when sleep can be difficult.  We can have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep, waking up feeling tireder than before we went to bed.  This may be something you've been putting up with for some time, reluctant to take pills but not knowing what you can do about this.

Hypnotherapy can provide a safe and effective solution.  By looking at what it is that keeps you awake and providing techniques to let go of those thoughts in that mind, hypnosis can support you towards deep and restful sleep. 

Thoughts are for the daytime.  Rest is for night time.  Sometimes the body forgets this and gets into the habit of creating worry or anxious thoughts. Hypnotherapy will support you to create good sleep hygiene which includes changing some of those pre-bedtime habits to create a mind and body that is ready for sleep.

If you are having trouble sleeping, take a few minutes to think about your bedroom.  What is it used for?  Is it a relaxing and comforting place to be?  What do you do in the hour before bed?  Do your actions lead to a slowing down of the body and mind or are you working into the night?  Just changing a few of these things may help create better sleep.
